This honey variety is like no other! We collect this honey from Mount. Olympus, home of the Greek Gods! 

Our bees collect this honey from wild oak trees, the holy tree of Zeus. It has a distinctive dark color, less sweet taste and wonderful oak natural aroma. 

In 2015, greek scientists from the University of Thessaloniki, Aristoteleion, conducted a research in 48 different honeys from all over the world. The findings showed that this honey had the biggest antioxidant properties! These properties boost our immune system.
